All prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Product descriptions and availability may also change.
3. Delivery & Shipping Policy
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., logistics, holidays) will be communicated.
4. rotat.com will not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
5. Refund/Return Policy
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds will be credited to your account as store credit.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging.
Some items (e.g., special orders, used parts) may not be eligible for return.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by ROTAT.
6. Cancellation & Replacement Policy
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. If a product is defective or incorrect, a replacement will be arranged as per our return policy.
7. Payments
We accept online payments via major credit/debit cards. All payments are processed securely. We also accept bank transfers and other bank payments such as L/C and D/P.
8. Limitation of Liability
ROTAT shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damage arising from the use or inability to use our products.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
